As a fine artist, Luxman based in South London, England, United Kingdom. He possess a profound enthusiasm for creating large-scale paintings that encapsulate the essence of his artistic vision. Initially influenced by notable British artists such as David Hockney, Francis Bacon, and L.S. Lowry, he interest in art history subsequently expanded to include figures from America, Japan, Central Europe, Scandinavia and South America.
Artists like Edvard Munch,Van Gogh, Hyman bloom,Frida Kahlo and Ernie Barnes ,Andy Warhol ,Jean Micheal Basquiat and Al Held. This further deepened his appreciation for the emotional complexities inherent in his artistic journey,. The Mucisians and songwriters highlighting themes of suffering and resilience, like the works of Nina Simone, Sam Cooke.
The works of Francisco Goya , Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso poignantly express the horrors of war.

Luxman moved to south London in the early eighties in his teens .As a child in cvil war seen all horrible murders and abduction and the effect in the community which alienated after loosing his family members in horrific war crime. He escaped from toture and beating as a youngster faced degrading treatement in the northern peninsula of British Ceylon by the para military and his sister was murderd by the Navy conscripts in high seas. Luxman worked in refugee camps as a teen before he left the island.He also went back after many years to do more relief work after the srilankan youth spring.
Motivated by Commonwealth ties and historical connections,His father, and grandfather both [free diver/rescue/frogmen]seaman with extensive sea travels across Europe as family of seafearing hsitory going back to portugese- dutch and British ruling 400 years. Both encouraged him to get his education in London Universities in United Kingdom. In light of his terminal illness, his father resulting from chemical exposure during the civil war luxman will never see my father after his tearfull last good bye leaving from bus trip will through the jungle route during the war. Father strict dispilnarian accepted his fate and really known his limitations in the trouble times. Luxman never ended his breavment about his father for decades and now writing his second book.
Luxman is senior staff nurse with over 35 years service in London and wales. He also studied law while working and graduated with merit in London Birkbeck and won award in the 2nd year with First class in his 40s. He studied criminal law, medical law, political violence and human rights he achieved first class with constitutional law. He then recived Scholarship in city university Grays inn campus to do his masters in international law and achieved first class for law of the sea. That was for his father and the seafearing family.
Luxman now after doing some pro-bono work and emplyment law and concentrate on his art and have emerged with a quite a collection ready for Exhibtion and up and coming art book with the twist. Luxman compleletly self thought artist. Dyslexic dyscalculi with visual stress with health issues.. he is retiring from public service after 40 years in London.
